This is all the stuff I've found on the ground over the years. Sometimes my friends and family find stuff on the ground, too. I take pictures of the stuff, then post it to this website.
- Why do you pick things up from the ground?
Because I'm very nosy.
The things people lose are full of stories and mystery.
Today's landfills are tomorrow's anthropological treasure chests.
- Are you copying Found Magazine?
Kind of. Found Magazine is amazing.
With the exception of friends and family who send me cool stuff they've found, this is my personal collection of found items. Although, I do occasionally submit things to Found Magazine.
If anything I find ever makes it into the magazine, I'll let you know!

I have a fun full-time job, but it has nothing to do with writing, websites, photography, or finding things on the ground.
Found on the Ground is mainly a way for me to challenge my artistic & technical skills, and share my collection with you.
Are you mentally ill?
No. I just like finding things on the ground. But I'm not like, a hoarder or something.
I only have one pet, and my apartment is usually pretty clean. I actually really like cleaning out closets and organizing things.
