This was stuck to the front of a very old mail slot in City Hall.  It's Mr. Zip, the Please-Remember-To-Use-A-Zipcode Mascot! Note the date on the sticker: May 1963.

I've heard good things about the reflexology massage center that sports this sign... But I don't want to know anything more about "the diarrhea point".
